The following requirements are necessary.

You need valid ID  (passport)

You need some proof of address.

You need to be able to afford the payments.

You need 10% deposit

You need the money for the legal fees. (usually  few hundred pounds )

You need the money for a survey  ( usually a few hundred pounds)
